THE number of foreign landlords owning property in the UK has fallen to a new low.
Countrywide, the UK’s largest letting agent, said just five per cent of British homes have overseas owners, as opposed to 12 per cent in 2010.
Foreign investors have previously been blamed for pushing up house prices.
