Hundreds of homes in South Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire left without power
HUNDREDS of homes in South Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire are without power this afternoon.
Western Power Distribution, which manages the region’s electricity network, has said that almost 700 homes have been impacted by the outage.
The power cut is affecting houses in the GL12 8, BS37 6, BS37 and BS37 5 areas and engineers estimate it won’t be resolved until 7pm.
The fault in the high voltage network developed at about 2.30pm.
