North Nibley man found guilty of sexually touching a woman without her consent
A MAN from North Nibley has been found guilty of sexually touching a woman without her consent in the village.
Dennis Marshall, 66, of Tyndale Close, North Nibley had denied the offence, which took place on May 1, but Cheltenham magistrates convicted him on November 24.
Marshall was granted unconditional bail until December 20 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
