The scaffolding wrapped around St James's Church, Dursley, has been catching the attention of passers by.
Now Thomas Arnold has come up with an altogether different view of work... from the sky.
His drone camera footage centres on the church's magnificent tower.
The original tower and spire collapsed in 1698, and was rebuilt as it is seen now between 1707 and 1709.
But like almost all old structures constant maintenance is need to keep it safe and in good repair.
