Bristol Magistrates' Court
A 50-year-old man from Yate pleaded guilty to assault in court on Tuesday, August 7.
Martin Vincent, of Milton Road, was charged with the assault of another male in Yate on Wednesday,July 27.
He admitted to the charge at Bristol Magistrates Court, and was ordered to pay compensation of £50, victim services of £80 and £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Vincent must also carry out 70 hours of unpaid community work, supervised by an officer, by August 6 of next year.
