A MAN from Gloucester has been charged with drugs offences following an incident in Cambridge on Monday afternoon, March 5.
Yesterday evening Robert James Migel-Lopez, 36, of no fixed abode, was charged with possession with intent to supply a class B drug and production of cannabis.
He is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court this morning.
A 21-year-old woman from Dursley also arrested in connection with the incident has been bailed to return to the police station on April 25, pending further inquiries.
