MY wife and I have been registered with the Culverhay Surgery for fifteen years.

The Culverhay doctors get up off their bottoms, come into the waiting room, and invite you into their room - such a pleasant difference from the disembodied voice and patient name screen employed in most other surgeries.

Flu jabs. Many elderly people, including us, refuse the jab offer because of previous personal experience and discussion with others in this age range. What is Culverhay supposed to do drag us in off the streets?

Parking. The BRAND NEW Southmead Hospital is having enormous parking problems for both staff and patients which should obviously have been foreseen at the design stage - where does Southmead feature on the Quality Care Commission listing of risks?

Please, Quality Care Commission - leave Culverhay alone.
