WITH regard to the ongoing row over the poster at the war memorial roundabout. I have two questions:
1. How is it that the planning laws governing listed buildings have allowed for a large, ugly piece of plywood to be attached to a listed building for the past eleven years yet those very same planning laws don't allow for the ugly plywood to be covered up with a rather pleasant poster promoting the town to the benefit of all ?
2.. Where's Banksy when you need him?
