WE write in response to Mrs Ricketts letter of October 22 asking how GP provision will continue to meet demand in the future.

This issue is central to our strategic plans for the practice. A new partner and salaried doctor have recently joined the practice, and we have increased the provision of available nursing time.

Appointments and repeat prescriptions can now also be managed online through our patient access service; join at reception, it’s easier than you might think.

A “patient voice” group is working closely with us to identify ways to improve care; new members are welcome.

We remain committed to accessible high quality care that responds to the needs of our community and is based on good doctor-patient relationships.
