I DON'T wish to deter the law enforcement from doing, mostly, a good job in protecting the public, but was this chase on Easter Sunday morning the wisest of decisions?
The best part of Thornbury has a recommended speed of 30mph and Morton Way has a speed limit of 40mph and so if both these speed limits were well exceeded at 85mph and at 9.30am was this chase really worth the possibility of a serious mishap?
