WHY do our councillors never listen to what residents want? We don't want more coffee shops in Thornbury.
The new Costa coffee will only be open until 8.30pm, so they will not capture a lot of the pub trade.
It will be opposite the Heritage when they reopen - too much competition!
Why do the council have to accept that the High Street is changing?
We all know that internet shopping has taken off now.
How do Wotton and Nailsworth seem to manage with their individual shops and more choice?
We have got too many chains coming in now. Is this to support the increasing housing developments that are now centred on Thornbury?
