SO the blinding snow has gone
Now the new element - the rain
But the beauty of the crocus again
Under this great aged tree
Is undeniably there
The birds are there too, they seek the evergreen's shelter
Always it was so
At least as long as I remember
Sister Spring will come
Primroses, nature's fragrant joy
Will bless the lane to Redwood
And inside the woodlands again
Wild animals, foxes, badgers will thrive
