POLICE are appealing for information after a stolen car was driven into a wall in Chipping Sodbury.
Residents in High Street and Rounceval Street were woken in the early hours of the morning on Saturday, June 27 to scenes of carnage after the car ended up in the wall of a residential property.
It is understood the owner of the house was in at the time.
Paramedics were called and police scrambled the force’s helicopter in the search for the joyriders but no one was found.
There were believed to be three occupants in the vehicle.
Sgt Adrian Fallows, of Chipping Sodbury Police Station, said: "We are investigating the theft of a motor vehicle and would appeal for any witnesses to this incident to please come forward."
