THE Dursley and Cam Royal British Legion have announced their total collection amount throughout the year as more than £14,000.
The exact figure collected in 2013/14 is £14,284.38 – the second highest figure ever recorded in the area.
The group would like to pay thanks to branch members and volunteers for all their hard work in collecting the money.
They would also like to say a sincere thank you must to all members of the public who have generously donated money to the charity.
As of October 1 the Slimbridge RBL area has been added to the group, meaning the approaching 2014/15 season will be even busier.
