SLIMBRIDGE'S annual Christmas Fayre will be held in the village hall on Saturday, November 15, from 10.30am to 3pm. There will be 14 stalls selling presents, crafts, cakes, jams and preserves plus the usual favourites of bric-a-brac, bran tub, and a raffle. Lunches, teas, coffees and mulled wine will be served throughout. The event is held to raise funds for St John's Church.
