A DURSLEY business is getting behind Operation Christmas Child UK – a campaign to supply children who have lost everything with shoeboxes full of gifts.
Each year, Samaritan’s Purse collect shoeboxes filled with toys, writing and drawing equipment, teddy bears, hats and more to send to some of the poorest parts of the world.
Amanda Cale, of Dursley based engraving company Classy Glass and Awards Ltd, began using her business as an official drop-off point several years ago.
Empty shoeboxes, if needed, can also be bought directly from Ms Cale at 40p a box.
