A WOMAN died at the scene of a serious collision in Brislington on Saturday.
Police were called to a serious collision on the A4 Bath Road in Brislington on Saturday night (October 11).
At just before 10.40pm, a Vauxhall Astra was in collision with a tree, near the football club.
A 21-year-old woman, the driver of the car, suffered serious injuries and died at the scene. No-one else was in the car.
The road was closed in both directions while enquiries took place at the scene.
An investigation is being carried out into the incident by the Collision Investigation Unit.
