A prisoner who absconded from HMP Leyhill on Friday (October 31) has been arrested.
Michael Dare, who is serving a 20-month sentence for a burglary committed in 2010, was arrested in the Cambridge area on Monday, November 3.
The week before (Saturday, October 25) two men, one of whom had been convicted of murder, absconded from the open prison but have not been arrested yet.
Daniel Shankley, 30, and Daniel Wynne, 29, left the prison some time between 12.50pm and 4.45pm, when they failed to appear for roll call.
In 2001, Shankley killed disabled Timothy Young in weston-super-Mare.
