Man trapped in car following two-car collision in Thornbury
EMERGENCY services were called to a man trapped in his car following a collision in Thornbury this morning.
An ambulance crew was called shortly before 10am to a two-car collision in Gillingstool, outside of Gillingstool Primary School.
On arrival, a 70-year-old man was found trapped in his car and was treated for minor injuries before being taken to Southmead Hospital for further treatment.
Police closed the road for a brief period whilst the casualty was treated and the incident was cleared up.
