Mark Stoner-Seed was found by police in Scotland (17816364)
A PRISONER who absconded from HMP Leyhill in South Gloucestershire last month has been found and arrested.
Mark Stoner-Seed, 52, was released on a temporary licence in the Bristol area on January 23 but failed to return at the designated time.
He is serving a life sentence at HMP Leyhill for murder, grievous bodily harm with intent and arson with intent.
Stoner-Seed was located and arrested in Scotland by our colleagues in Police Scotland on Tuesday, February 3.
