A YELLOW warning of rain in Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire has been issued from this afternoon (October 6) by the Met Office.
They are warning of the potential of temporary surface water flooding and some minor disruption to travel.
Heavy rain is expected whilst thunder is likely. The Met Office chief forecaster has warned that up to 15mm of rain in a single hour could be experienced.

The weather warning is in place from 12.30pm to 11.59pm today.
