Man's body recovered from the Avon Gorge
THE body of an adult male has been recovered from the Avon Gorge.
Police were called at 8am this morning (February 1) after a member of the public reported seeing a body in the gorge.
They attended with other emergency services and recovered the body.
A forensic post-mortem examination will take place this afternoon.
