IT WILL be cloudy and damp across the region today, with chances for the occasional outbreak of rain.
It will also feel cooler today thanks to an easterly breeze, with temperatures reaching 11°C.
The damp weather will continue tonight, with further chances for rain, but will clear in time for chillier conditions to set in, with temperatures as low as 3°C.
