Weather February 23: Rain and gales as Storm Doris Hits
GALES and rain are expected for most of today as Storm Doris hits the South West.
While the heaviest of the rain will be first thing in the morning, strong winds will persist throughout the day, with gusts of up to 60mph expected.
Temperatures will meanwhile reach highs of 11C during the day and lows of 3C overnight as the wind eases and rain clears.
A relatively dry night, it will be cooler than the past few days, but frost remains unlikely.
