FIREFIGHTERS raced to Filton in the early hours of this morning after a fire broke out in a factory.
Four crews responded to the callout at 2.41am, two from Avonmouth, one from Southmead and one from Temple Fire Station in Bristol.
The fire, which originated from a laser cutting machine, was extinguished by the building’s automatic suppression system, and was put out by the time crews had arrived.
Firefighters proceeded to inspect the building and the equipment to ensure it was safe.
