DAMAGE caused in an arson attack on a car in South Gloucestershire in the early hours of this morning was so extensive, no identification can be made.
A crew from Patchway Fire Station was dispatched at 2.01am, following reports of a car on fire on Hambrook Lane, near Hambrook.
Despite being able to extinguish the fire with a hose reel, the extent of the damage caused has prevented the vehicle being identified.
An Avon Fire and Rescue Service spokesman confirmed that the fire had been started deliberately.
