FIREFIGHTERS raced to tackle a deliberately started blaze at a bus shelter in South Gloucestershire last night.
Two crews from Kingswood Station were called out at 9.03pm following reports of the fire on Kingswood High Street.
A high pressure hose reel was used to extinguish the blaze, which left extensive damage to the shelter.
A spokesman for Avon Fire and Rescue Service said that it was believed the fire was started deliberately.
