A BUSINESS owner in Thornbury is set to appear in court charged with burglary, grievous bodily harm and criminal damage.

West Yorkshire Police have confirmed that Falfield resident Amanda Cawood, 41, who owns pottery painting business Paintpotts, was charged with the three offences, which are alleged to have taken place in Castleford, near Leeds, in early 2017.

A summons has been issued for Ms Cawood to attend Leeds Magistrates Court next month.
