Traffic starting to build in Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds ahead of rush hour
TRAFFIC heading into the region's biggest town's and cities is starting to build ahead of this morning's rush hour.
There are no major issues so far but drivers heading into Bristol in particular can expect significant delays.
