Crashed car abandoned outside Thornbury primary school
A CRASHED car has been abandoned outside a primary school in Thornbury after appearing to have lost control and come off the road.
Pieces of broken bodywork are strewn around the heavily damaged Ford Fiesta, which was found this morning between the Park Road underpass and the entrance to Streamside Walk, outside Manorbrook Primary School.
A police spokesman said that the car had been involved in a single-vehicle crash at 2.50am, when it came off the road.
The driver's insurance company have been made aware of the incident and are arranging the recovery of the vehicle.
