CHIPPING Sodbury’s own Fabulous Baker Brothers have announced they will be cooking up a storm at Prince Charles’ residence in Gloucestershire.
Tom and Henry Herbert, of Hobbs House Bakery, will give a talk on their passion for food at Highgrove on Thursday, September 18.
The chefs, who have their own television series The Fabulous Baker Brothers, will discuss the importance of supporting local producers. They will also serve up some sweet treats and pastries for visitors to enjoy during the 30-minute talk.
A spokesman for Highgrove said: “The Orchard Restaurant at Highgrove is opening its doors once again for this year’s Tetbury Food Festival, working in partnership with the Fabulous Baker Brothers of Hobbs House.
“The evening will begin with a 90-minute tour of the Highgrove gardens, followed by a delicious two-course supper prepared by our chefs using only local and organic produce and served with a selection of Hobbs House Breads.
“Following supper, the Fabulous Baker Brothers will give an entertaining 30-minute talk.”
