TWO men arrested in connection with the murder of Barry Rubery, from Iron Acton, have been released without charge.
Mr Rubery, 68, was found dead at his home with his hands tied behind his back on April 28 2010.
The two men, aged 30 and 19, were arrested on Tuesday, September 30 at addresses in Bristol and Peterborough.
They were due to answer bail today (October 29), but have been told they face no further action.
