THE police are appealing for people to be aware of stolen power drills for sale in Yate.
Avon and Somerset Constabulary are asking people to be aware of power drills being sold to them at low prices after they were stolen from a store on Sunday, December 7.
More than 40 boxed Makita and Dewalt power drills were stolen from the B&Q store on Station Road.
The thieves cut their way through a security fence and then forced sliding doors to enter the store.
The police are appealing for people to call them if they are offered power drills for sale at suspiciously low prices as they may be stolen.
Anyone with any information about the burglary, or who may have been offered a drill for sale, is asked to call the police on: 101, quoting crime reference number 127499/14.
