The driver of the car was trapped in her vehicle and died at the scene.

The lorry driver was taken to hospital, although he is not believed to be seriously injured.

The stretch of motorway between junction one of the M32 and the M4 (northbound) remains closed but check the Highways Agency website for updates. The southbound carriageway of the M32 is open but there are delays.
