Police concerned as vulnerable man goes missing
POLICE say that concern is growing for a 67-year-old man who went missing yesterday morning (March 23).
James Arthur went missing from the Philip Street area of Bedminster. He was last seen at about 9:30am yesterday.
He is vulnerable and concern is growing for his welfare.
James is a black man, about 5ft 3ins of slim build. He is bald and has a white goatee beard. He is thought to be wearing a smart dark jacket, trousers, a black hat and sunglasses.
