Police helicopter scrambled over Frampton Cotterell in hunt for trailer thieves
A POLICE helicopter was scrambled over Frampton Cotterell in search of a group of men wanted for the theft of a trailer from a farm.
At 11.30pm on Monday (August 3) police were called to a burglary at a farm in Bristol Road after reports that a trailer had been stolen by a group of men in a black 4x4 vehicle.
The police did not locate the group during their search which lasted until just after midnight.
