A PASSENGER was taken to hospital after a single-vehicle collision on the M4.
It happened last night (Sunday) at 6.08pm.
Avon Fire and Rescue Service attended the accident, on the westbound carriageway between junctions 21 (Almondsbury) and 20 (M48).
Crews from Patchway, Southmead, Avonmouth and Temple attended the scene.
A spokesman for the fire service said: “Crews assisted a 44-year-old male passenger from the vehicle who had sustained a head injury.
“He was taken to hospital by paramedics.”
