Abbotswood apple day promises to be Golden and Delicious
PEOPLE in Abbotswood in Yate are coming together to mark harvest with an apple day.
The event takes place today, Saturday, October 3 (11am-3pm), in Abbotswood Shopping Centre and will include free seasonal activities for all the community.
There will be a bouncy castle, jam-making demonstrations, apple pressing, a live band and a dog show at 1pm.
The event is one of the biggest in Abbotswood’s calendar and is aimed at uniting the community.
