A TEENAGER was attacked in Newent by a group of masked men as he was walking home on Tuesday, November 3.
The 16-year-old boy was walking home just after 9.00pm when three, possibly four, men jumped out of a black Ford Fiesta with a red roof and assaulted him.
He was kicked and punched and his glasses were knocked off his face. The men were wearing white masks.
The assault took place in the car park area of the Co-op store, formerly Budgens, Bury Bar Lane, Newent.
Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the assault or has further information or saw a car of this description in the area at the time.
