Weather May 12: Largely fine with warm sunny spells but isolated heavy showers
THE SUN is expected to make a welcome return today once the early fog clears, with plenty of warm bright spells across the region.
There may still be some heavy, and possibly thundery showers developing throughout the day.
It will feel warm, particularly in the sunshine, with temperatures reaching highs of 23°C.
Tonight the locally heavy showers will ease to allow drier and clearer conditions to develop. Clouds will develop later in the night, with temperatures falling to as low as 10°C.
