Two Chipping Sodbury men charged with assault after New Year's Eve attack on Yate family
TWO men have been charged after a family were attacked on their way home from a New Year’s Eve party in Yate.
Adam Pisarski, 22, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent, two counts of causing actual bodily harm and one count of assault.
Daniel Pisarski, aged 21, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and one count of causing actual bodily harm.
Both men, from Chipping Sodbury, are jointly charged with the GBH with intent offence and one of the ABH offences.
The charges relate to an incident in Scott Way, Yate, in the early hours of New Year’s Day.
They are due to appear before North Avon Magistrates’ Court on June 7.
