TODAY will be generally dry with light winds. There will be a cloudy start for most, but brighter or sunny conditions will slowly spread north and westwards. However, it will turn colder from the south-east too. The maximum temperature could reach 9 °C.
Tonight will be cold and dry with plenty of clear spells allowing a frost to develop across many parts. It will possibly turn cloudier in some northern and eastern parts later, with a minimum temperature of 2 °C.
