FIREFIGHTERS raced to put out a 'deliberately started' tree fire in South Gloucestershire last night.
The crew dispatched from Kingswood Fire Station was called out at 8.30pm to Bury Hill View in Downend.
Upon arrival, crews found the trees well alight and used an aquapack portable water source to extinguish the fire.
A spokesman for Avon Fire and Rescue said it was believed that the fire had been started deliberately.
