THE Ukulele Funhouse Orchestra bring their latest show, Grandads' Army, to Rangeworthy village hall next month.
Taking place on Saturday, May 5, the show follows the fortunes of a Nazi yellow submarine, with a dastardly plot to blow up Temple Meads station.
Grandads' Army sets off in pursuit, but some rough cider and out of date pork pies disable the platoon and enable the submarine to escape.
A group of Wrens (the Women's Royal Naval Service) try to muscle in and try to grab all the glory.
The comedy is told through word and song, and has had rave reviews on the road.
Everyone in the 15 strong ensemble sings as well as playing, and there's lots of audience participation too.
Tickets are available at £10 from the Tourist Office in Chipping Sodbury, or online via Ents24.com
