FROM the tastes of Spain to the spices of Jamaica, there was something for everyone at the first South Glos Food and Drink Festival.
Held last weekend on the lawns of the Bristol and Bath Science Park, in Emersons Green, the event welcomed over 20,000 visitors and more than 100 trade stands.
Sarah Williams, event organiser, said: "We wanted to encourage the community to come together to enjoy a great weekend.
"We were really pleased with the number of people who came along and can’t wait to begin planning for the next one."
BBC Radio Bristol joined the crowds to broadcast live from the venue, alongside several bands, which performed on the bandstand.
To ensure the crowds didn't miss out on coverage of Saturday's royal wedding, it was screened live within the Science Park, which was decked with union flags.
