INDUSTRIAL properties in Thornbury have been attracting increasing attention as potential occupiers are starting to look beyond North Bristol, says a Bristol real estate company.
Tom Watkins of Colliers International said: "Thornbury has been the focus of increasing attention as occupiers with unsatisfied requirements expand their searches beyond the limited stock available in the Bristol market.
"Thornbury is a self-contained market with a well-established employment area which has currently seen a run of industrial deals on Thornbury Industrial Estate.
“The town is located in a strategic location and benefits from convenient proximity to the national motorway network.
"It is well-positioned to the M4/M5 motorway interchange at Almondsbury approximately four miles south.
“In addition, Thornbury provides access to South Wales via junction 1 of the M48 and North to Gloucester and Cheltenham via junction 14 of the M5 motorway.”
