FOREST Green have rubbished reports that giant central defender Luke Oliver and Wales Under-21 left-back Morgan Fox have penned deals at the New Lawn.

Media outlets have stated that Acton-born Oliver, who stands at 6ft 7in, had his contract cancelled at Bradford City and moved to the New Lawn on a free transfer alongside Charlton youngster Fox.

Former Stevenage man Oliver, 29, joined Bradford from Wycombe in March 2010 and was named the club's player of the year at the end of the 2011/12 campaign.

But he ruptured an Achilles tendon the following October, ruling him out of the Bantams' two trips to Wembley for the Capital One Cup final and League Two play-off final.

He returned in time for pre-season, but has made just four appearances in League One this term.

Fox, 20, is a product of the Charlton academy and has just completed a seven-game spell on loan at Notts County in League One.

Club spokesman Stuart Brennan said: "We've not made any signings."
