MATT ROBERTS, Tom Brock and Chris Auburn goals meant Division Three’s Olveston United Reserves beat second bottom Made For Ever Reserves 3-1 to inch ahead of Hillfields Old Boys into sixth place.

The away outfit continue to languish at the wrong end of the table, staying a single point ahead of bottom place.

In the Senior Division, Beau Griffiths (2), Anthony Beecham and John Filer all netted for Shirehampton Reserves in their 4-1 win over Wick Reserves, whose reply came from Sam Knighton.

Stanton Drew beat Rangeworthy 4-2 in a bottom of the table Division One clash that saw the home side record their first win of the season.

In addition to strikes from Tom Williams and Simon Noble, Rob Bailey scored twice, with Rangeworthy’s efforts coming from James Hodder and Tony Nelson.
