FORMER Marlwood School pupil Harry Derham picked up his tenth win of the season at Wincanton on Saturday aboard Aldopicgros in the Bathwick Tyres Bridgwater Handicap Hurdle.
The four-year-old 5-1 shout finished strongly to beat Headly’s Touch by a head for trainer Paul Nicholls, who is Derham’s uncle.
Nicholls celebrated two other winners at the course with Daryl Jacob winning on Tagrita and Minellahalfcentury in the Country Gentleman's Association Jane Seymour Mares' Novices' Hurdle and Bathwick Tyres Yeovil Handicap Hurdle respectively.
Zarkandar finished second in the Bathwick TyresKingwell Hurdle, while fellow Cheltenham Festival Ladbrokes World Hurdle entry Celestial Halo came third in the Betfred Mobile Hurdle at Haydock.
