Dursley U14s 43 Hucclecoate U14s 0
FOR the second week in a row Dursley kept a clean sheet to progress to the Gloucestershire County Plate Final at Cheltenham’s Prince of Wales Stadium on April 13.
In the early going, Dursley had all the possession, but the visitors held firm until man of the match Sam Powell sliced over for his first try.
Just before half-time Powell crossed the line again to put Dursley into a 14-0 lead.
In the second half the hosts dominated play and through some hard graft, led by Dan Fox, Hamish Kenny and the rest of the pack, Jack Reeves, Tom Viney, James Baker, Frazer Holroyd and Robert Dakin were all able to score tries.
Jake Hawkins converted five out the seven tries.
